Q: How are your personalized items created?
Answer: We use professional-grade technology, including high-precision dual-head UV printers, UV laser equipment, and advanced 3D printing technology. This allows us to create vibrant, high-fidelity designs that are significantly more durable than standard home-craft transfers.
Q: What makes your products unique?
Answer: Every item we create is a one-of-a-kind work of art, handcrafted specifically for you in our Maine studio. We don't mass produce products—each piece is individually designed and crafted with care using our professional UV printing, laser engraving, and 3D printing technology. Your personalized treasure is truly unique to you. If you'd like to order duplicates of a previous design, simply contact us at vaycaytreasures@gmail.com and we'll be happy to recreate it for you.
Q: Are your products safe and free from harmful chemicals?
Answer: Yes! We use PFAS-compliant products. All of our product blanks meet safety standards and are free from harmful per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Your health and safety are important to us, and we carefully select materials that are safe for you and your family.
Q: Will the designs on my items fade or peel?
Answer: We prioritize longevity. By using industrial-standard UV printing and laser technology, our designs are "cured" or bonded to the material. This ensures your treasures from Radiant Glow or Vay Cay Treasures, LLC stay looking new through regular use.
Q: Do you offer custom branding or bulk orders?
Answer: Absolutely. We love collaborating on custom projects. Whether you need a one-of-a-kind gift or a larger run of branded items, we can handle the design and production in-house at our Maine office.

Q: How long does it take to create my personalized item?
Answer: Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Once you place your order, you'll receive a digital proof for approval within 1-2 business days. Production begins after you approve the proof, and your item will ship within the standard processing timeframe. After shipping, standard delivery takes an additional 3-7 business days within the continental US.
Q: Can I see a proof before my item is made?
Answer: Yes! We send a digital proof for every personalized order. You'll receive your proof via email within 1-2 business days of ordering. We won't begin production until you approve the design, ensuring your item is exactly what you envisioned.
Q: What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
Answer: We accept PNG and JPG files. For best results, we recommend high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI). If you're unsure about your file, contact us at vaycaytreasures@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.
Q: Do you offer rush or expedited production?
Answer: Yes! Rush Customization is available for $10 and reduces processing time to 1-2 business days. Please note that overnight or expedited shipping is not available due to the time required for customization. Contact us at vaycaytreasures@gmail.com before placing your order to add rush processing.

Q: Are there any restrictions on custom designs or images?
Answer: Yes. We reserve the right to refuse any design containing profanity, nudity, or offensive content. Orders with inappropriate images will be cancelled. We want to maintain a family-friendly business that honors our values and serves all customers respectfully.
Q: Are there any design limitations I should know about?
Answer: Our UV printing and laser technology can reproduce most designs beautifully. For best results, we recommend high-contrast designs and readable text sizes. Complex gradients or extremely fine details may not reproduce perfectly. If you have questions about your specific design, contact us at vaycaytreasures@gmail.com and we'll provide guidance.
Q: Can I request changes to my design after ordering?
Answer: Yes! You can request changes when you receive your digital proof for approval. Once you approve the proof and production begins, we cannot make changes. If you need to modify your order after approval, please contact us immediately at vaycaytreasures@gmail.com.

Answer: All orders are processed and shipped directly from our home base in Harpswell, Maine. We personally inspect every item before it leaves our office to ensure it meets our brand standards.

Answer: Orders ship from our Harpswell, Maine office via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days, and standard shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days within the continental US. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Q: How do I track my order?
Answer: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our Maine office. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Answer: Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the carrier assumes responsibility for the package. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at vaycaytreasures@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy for personalized items?
Answer: Because each personalized item (including engraved drinkware, custom dog tags, personalized phone cases, and 3D printed items) is custom-made to your specifications, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We send digital proofs for approval before production to ensure you're completely satisfied with your design. Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
