Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Customized and Personalized Items Items that have been customized, engraved, or personalized to your specifications are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to:

• Engraved drinkware (tumblers, mugs, glassware)
• Custom dog tags
• Personalized phone cases
• 3D printed figurines and sculptures
• Any product with custom text, images, or design elements

Non-Customized Items Products purchased without customization are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
