SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Due to the personalized nature of our products, most orders require customization time. Standard orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Customization Notice Our products are made-to-order with custom engraving and personalization. We are unable to offer overnight or expedited shipping due to the time required for customization. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
Rush Customization Need your order faster? Rush customization is available for an additional $10. This reduces processing time to 1-2 business days. Please contact us at vaycaytreasures@gmail.com before placing your order to arrange rush processing.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Orders over $45 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout for orders under $45
- Shipping rates are based on package weight and destination
Shipping Methods We ship via USPS and other reliable carriers. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Delivery Time Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting vaycaytreasures@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, the carrier assumes responsibility. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim and address any issues.
